(有驚喜得平生第一次寫食評 >< 冇乜點影相)經朋友 book 食飯,事前冇乜期望。食咗兩道菜才知原來主廚 Hiroki San 是來自大阪的米芝蓮二星大廚,以創意料理聞名。真的不愧是創意大師,每道菜好具創意,煮法、配料好多元化,友人一致對個鮟鱇魚肝配蓮藕天婦羅大讚!我亦特別喜歡一道用炭爐火炙嘅帶子,熏炙味好香,同用火槍燒的高下立見。食材新鮮、啱時令好基本,特別欣賞主廚對每道菜嘅溫度好講究,刺身唔會凍到牙都痺 (敏感牙齒呀!),更能夠食到個味道;而熱食會結合唔同煮法元素,又唔會話攤到凍哂 ,好細心!總括:好有驚喜!
