To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實好過用翅啦, 而家都主張唔食翅, 而且燕窩好食之餘又出得大場面

蠔皇翡翠鮮鮑 – 個汁好鮮甜, 個人認為個汁撈咩都咁好食~
加埋鮮鮑同生菜簡直perfect

清蒸原條大海斑 – 咁大條魚都可以蒸得唔 “鞋” 唔老, 勁呀!!!!!!!!!!

當紅一品脆皮雞 – 由於每碟分量好多, 食到呢part 我已經飽到痺,
只係食左一啖雞翼, 雞又脆又香口…..

鴛鴦飯 + 雙喜伊府麵 – 呢刻我已經停止進食, 真係好飽….
其他人話伊麵好食d, 鴛鴦飯太酸喎

蓮子紅豆沙 + 桂花, 紅豆榚 – 紅豆沙甜味適中, 煲到起哂沙, 蓮子又夠粉, 掂..
紅豆榚其實係桂花榚裡面釀左紅豆, 紅豆甜, 桂花榚清, 互保不足

我飲過咁多次, 呢次真係好有水準, 俾我想像中還要好…而且份量好多,
絕對唔會有唔夠食既尷尬場面!!!!! 加上我地房既服務員態度殷勤, 除左祝福朋友而感到快樂之餘,
成餐飯都食得好開心呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
