To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年生日想食自助餐，同老公講去Ritz Calton.星期一晚人唔多。好幸運今日坐到窗口位置。老公平時對食物都好有要求，但老公同我都覺得幾好食，生蠔新鮮，冷盤新鮮，乳豬好食，熱盤好食，湯好飲。雖然款式唔係話非常多，但我覺得大部份都幾好味，對一個中年人來講而家又貴精不貴多，食嘢係要食得好味，唔係淨係要食飽。依間餐廳我覺得係一間好好嘅選擇。雖然呢間餐廳唔算平。D侍應都有禮貌，招呼OK。見到OpenRice都多負評，所以都想俾返個正評佢。
