今日當完值就約老公去灣仔食飯,問佢食乜?唔駛諗,一見到間冰室就走入去,男人的浪漫….既然你問得佢,緊係順佢意,但估唔到間餐室令我喜出望外。環境光猛,簡約平實,乾淨企理。地方唔少,有多排闊寬嘅卡座,坐得舒適。選擇勁多,有晚餐精選、晚巿小菜、燒味、湯飯、粉麵、中/西式飯、輕食、二至四人套餐、飲味等。二人套餐配送油菜一碟、白飯、例湯或熱飲($198)係我地最佳選擇。在A和B項各選一,我揀咗清蒸石斑,老公就揀川辣口水雞。例湯係眉豆節瓜豬骨湯($0),落足料,煲得好夠火喉,熱辣辣。味道鮮香,唔會太鹹,完全無味精,好有家的味道,見老公喝得津津有味就知自己無做好老婆本份,無乜湯水給他….油菜($0)仲可揀菜心或生菜,貼心!菜心翠綠粗壯,新鮮爽嫩,完全無渣,配些蠔油添鹹香。川辣口水雞 嘅醬料跟平時食唔同,唔止辣醬油咁簡單,好似仲有啲豆豉,可能係秘製的。估唔到份量咁足,仲有雞脾食,開心!黃油雞皮爽肉嫩,配埋醬料食,鹹辣惹味,但無辣到火辣,用來佐白飯一流,正!嘩!估唔到係餐室都食到清蒸原條石斑,仲有大大條,喜出望外。好厚肉,啖啖肉,蒸得剛好,嫩滑鮮美,好新鮮,我連頭尾都清埋,得!
