今日我很高興能有機會試Royal Inn的三道dishes 。因為朋友話想試下，從整體而言,這家餐廳的水準唔錯,值得推薦。燒三文魚香草忌廉手工戒指意粉：手工戒指意粉煮得啱啱好，滑滑地，口感好有彈性。燒三文魚嘅味道超鮮，肉質嫩滑，再加上忌廉醬同香草，味道真係好豐富，唔會太膩，食完仲想再加多一碗！香蒜鮮大蜆扁意粉：呢碗扁意粉簡直係夏天嘅完美選擇！用咗新鮮嘅大蜆，搭配香蒜醬，味道簡直係絕配！蜆肉鮮甜，香蒜味道又唔會太搶味，整體口感清新又開胃，食完真係好舒服，令人一口接一口，根本停唔落！Blue Mussels: 新鮮的青口煮得嫩滑，搭配著creamy 汁和香草，每一口都充滿了海鮮的鮮美和法式料理的風味。呢間餐廳嘅質素高，無論味道、擺盤定服務都做得唔錯，真係一個值得再返嚟嘅地方！下次我仲想試下其他新菜式，真係幾期待！
