To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜愛的食物不見了

12-10-2017中午自助餐，今次令我非常失望，之前幾次黎都有我喜愛牛扒，牛腩，炸魚柳，海南雞，今次去全部無供應，我覺得栗子西米露不錯，不太甜，栗子味道又濃，希望下次再去有返我喜愛的食物供應。我最愛的提子霖酒雪糕，非常好味，可惜只供應一次，沒有再添加，其它味道也不錯，食物款式不過不失。
