To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友公司由官塘搬至牛頭角,  這區工廈比較新,  街道沒有那麼擠迫.  今晚她約我去 [駟馬拖車潮州飯店] 食潮州菜,  好有興趣啊.    酒家近地鐵站.   設於商廈二樓, 門面闊, 裝潢亮麗.  大圓拱門, 華麗燈飾, 高雅大方,擺 設又帶點古典風味.地方寬闊,  有大圓臺, 廂房, 適合朋友, 家庭飯局, 公司聚會.侍應招呼親切,  我們點了普洱茶, 水滾茶香.  店長介紹菜式,  有經典潮州食品, 也有小炒, 食品款式多, 價錢合理. 見到玻璃柜的鹵水鵝,  真係好吸引.  落了單, 大家品嚐小食,  酸菜醃制得好好味, 幫助大家打開味蕾.先送來 滷水鵝四拼盆, 擺碟靚,  份量足, 有滷水鵝肉, 五花豬腩肉, 紅腸, 鵝腎, 滷蛋, 豆腐.    配埋秘制醋汁, 有蒜茸辣椒味. 正宗潮式滷水鵝,   用古法滷水汁烹煮, 鵝肉好入味, 肉質油脂感都豐富, 嫩滑可口. 五花豬腩肉,  肥瘦平均, 口感不錯,  沾些秘制醬汁令味道更高了一線. 紅腸, 鵝腎, 滷蛋, 吃得滋味.  墊底還有滷豆腐, 口感滑, 富豆香.   這個拼盤, 食材組合不錯, 滷水香料咸度適中, 調味好好.
