To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚親戚飯聚,佢哋食過午市覺得可以。我完全不懂欣賞 🤷‍♂️。成餐飯都覺得唔掂,真心無樣好食 😂。。碟芥蘭同之前幾道菜有一段相當長嘅時間先到,估計俾錯枱吧 🤷‍♂️。到甜品又係等勁耐,睇下其他人嘅枱,可能呢度都係興等,大多數人都飲住酒慢慢等 😏記得柯打有胡椒豬肚湯、滷水鵝片、酸甜梅膏骨、香煎蠔仔烙、潮州沙茶炒芥蘭、炒飯、芋泥?!、水晶包。。咸酸菜有渣 😂。粗茶 😂。胡椒豬肚湯,可能太簡單。俾我就一定唔會叫 😅。樓面少人,𢳂湯伙記要快手嘛,枱布可以索下湯水咁 🤦鵝片切得太厚,見識見識 👎(一見到已經心知不妙 😅)。酸甜梅膏骨,味只留於表面(兩餸飯仲好食過佢 😂)蠔仔烙,間間整法唔同 🤷‍♂️,(我見過就唔係咁整嘅)試過就算 😅。潮州沙茶芥蘭,成晚食得最多。因為真係無啖好食 😂炒飯,我都係蜻蜓點水 🤷‍♂️芋泥我無試到。水晶包,嚟到塊紙透嘅,賣相 👎,食到底部另舍厚皮 😂見大部分食客都有飲酒,嚟呢度都有氣氛嘅! continue reading

老公係牛頭角開會,今晚揀咗黎呢間餐廳食飯。餐廳係食潮州菜,款式都多。枱面放了前菜,味道爽甜。水放在電子爐上面,禁幾個制就有熱水幾方便。🔸半煎煮馬友馬友肉質嫩滑,魚油豐富,魚皮煎過有焦香的味道,口感帶微脆濕潤,魚湯清甜。🔸潮式炸雙棗(蝦棗及蟹棗)蝦棗外表圓圓,肉質結實彈牙,味道鮮美;蟹棗係長條形,肉質較鬆,裏面有啲爽口馬蹄粒,味道幾清甜。🔸滷水鵝片鵝片切得厚薄適中,鵝片有啲有嚼勁、有啲煙韌、有啲嫩滑,味道鹹香,豆腐嫩滑。🔸紹菜煮鹹肉廚師用咗雞湯煮,令湯味道有鹹香味,紹菜軟腍吸收湯的精華,但唔會太鹹,鹹肉是瘦中帶少許肥肉的腩片,口感較乾身。 continue reading

聽說有一間隱世潮州菜在牛頭角工業區中, 今次便約了朋友一起去吃晚飯 。地方不難找,牛頭角站行一陣就到,餐廳環境明亮,整潔 。金沙芋條焗海蝦 $138芋條和蝦仁都鋪滿了金黃色咸蛋黃,陣陣咸香味傳來,芋條鬆脆,海蝦鮮嫰多汁,咸咸香香,結合在一起,讓人垂涎欲滴 。凍黃花魚 $188凍魚是潮州特式菜,看著雖然是冷冷冰冰,但入口後一點也不腥,魚肉肥美鮮嫩,搭配上調製的醬汁,清爽而不失鮮美 。香煎九肚魚烙$118這個菜有點驚喜,樣子像是蠔餅,但是餅中包著的是九肚魚,外酥內嫩,滑滑的,蛋香味十足,魚肉入口即化,散發出濃郁的魚香,非常美味 。潮式鵝片撈麵 $68撈麵的湯頭是魚湯,清甜鮮美,鵝片肉質鮮嫩,滷得入味,肥瘦適中,麵條彈牙有勁,潮州風味十足 。潮式蠔仔粥 $68蠔仔粥是必吃的,熱騰騰的米粥中帶著新鮮蠔仔的鮮味,蠔仔大隻,吃著令人舒服 。銀杏芋泥 $36我是第一次吃,十分新奇的感覺,綿密的芋頭泥搭配香甜的銀杏,口感滑順細膩,甜度適中,為這頓美食之旅畫下了完美的句點。 continue reading
