To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這間位於觀塘的【駟馬拖車潮州飯店】,主打潮州菜,晚市除了有單點外,還有套餐可供選擇,食物款式甚多,而且有些都是傳統的手工潮州菜,甚有特色。平日一至五晚市更有68折優惠,性價比高。普寧炸豆腐豆腐炸至表面香脆,中間保持嫩滑。海蜇手撕雞雞肉嫩滑有麻醬香味,加上爽口海蜇及青瓜,大分清新開胃。滷水鵝四拼盤鵝件滷得入味,而且鵝肉嫩腍;豬腩爽口,鵝腎有咬口。潮州津菜雙丸煲魚丸及墨丸都彈牙,真材實料,加上方魚肉碎及瑤柱,湯底更鮮甜。金沙芋條焗海蝦海蝦有蝦膏,表面咸蛋香味,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,芋條外脆內爽。鴛鴦水晶包新鮮熱辣蒸起的水晶包,香甜煙韌。最後送上功夫茶平衡一下油膩感。
