To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已經去過大安幾次啦，係公司嘅小夥伴介紹的，第一次認識佢哋嘅咖啡，同埋特色蛋撻，就喺PMQ某日的一個咖啡Market。喜歡老闆同佢哋同事對張本地特色茶餐廳文化，融入新式cafe元素。大安裝修有一點懷舊風，都係有好多年青人打卡的好去處🤳🏻值得推介，就係佢哋嘅蛋撻餐，特色蛋撻，配一杯飲品，休閒下午，享受人生，吹吓水，亦可以減壓。另外還喜愛大安播嘅音樂，都係好聽的時代流行曲，座位，空間感非常好，有好多卡位。咖啡師，拉花其實好好，每一次都拉到複雜嘅圖案。如果要講一下可以進步嘅空間，可能係員工服務態度可以親切一點，洗手間洗手嘅水龍頭，按一下，就有自動水流出就比較衛生了。
