轉眼間,小伙子初出茅廬,在灣仔上班,每天都經過囍帖街,回家告訴我這街有多熱鬧,有很多食肆,知我喜歡試新店,遂約我找天來試試。我早到了,在樓下先喝杯飲品等他下班,看看熙來攘往的遊人,享受停下來的悠閑。點了一杯叫 Lychee Maniac,以荔枝和紅桑子為主,荔枝是罐頭的,而紅桑子是新鮮的,有部份已搗爛,加入雪碧和梳打水,顏色漂亮,味道清爽,很怡神。邊喝邊等了半小時,小伙子來了,經過木樓梯,我們上了樓上的用餐區,地方頗大,環境很有特色,以中式碟子,蒸籠等作裝修,餐牌只得一頁,富東南亞色彩,加上fusion元素,相信外國人會喜歡。兒子知我喜歡吃蟹的東西,點了蟹黃包,是小食,一碟有三件,用長碟盛著,色彩繽紛,以法國長麵包切片墊底,塗上一層蟹黃,上面再放蟹肉,又以紅甜椒粒點綴,蟹黃與蟹肉是絕配,味道極佳,作為小食實在有點奢侈,但原來不貴,在這地方,賣$78,合理。繼而點了多人推介的烤焗肉骨茶豬手,烤豬手已去骨、切片,用銅鍋盛著,下面有火酒膏燃燒著加熱,肉骨茶用茶壺添加入豬手中,還有油炸鬼相伴,待一會,肉骨茶熱了,味道中嚐到有藥材,卻嫌不夠濃,也許做得溫和些以符合大眾口味,其實加了微甜的杞子,增
