To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺金鐘突然好想食拉麵

啱啱喺附近做完身體檢查，已經肚餓咗十幾個鐘，個肚已經話俾我聽我好想食拉麵點知行到附近商場，即刻見到一風堂，雖然唔係第一次食， 之前食過其他分店，服務員及食物質素非常好，所以唔嘥時間再去搵地方食飯我就揀咗「特製赤丸新味」，湯底味道啱啱好，不會太鹹或太濃，湯底可以多少少就好啦！原來可以用兩蚊就可以追加多一份麵底，超抵完全知道餓底嘅我一碗麵一定唔夠食！另外，叫咗沾麵，二人同行，可以Share 食不 同麵，好滿足！
