喺香港第一次發現咁出色嘅和牛午餐今日去一間日本餐廳,叫「本延鍋物」,主打和牛,一人一鍋,見到餐牌啲相好靚,所以我一人叫咗一份和牛:一份A4 和牛同埋A4和牛牛小排。A4和牛雪花紋理分佈得好平均,食落口好重牛味,入口即溶嘅感覺,好香好滑,完全無筋,完全唔覺得油膩,食多多都可以。另一份油脂分佈比較多,比較起來更香滑,好香牛肉嘅鮮味。湯底方面,我揀咗壽喜燒、昆布清湯。兩款口味交換來食,壽喜燒湯底好濃味,煮蔬菜比較適合,蔬菜吸收咗湯底嘅味道,好惹味。牛肉就用昆布清湯去煮比較適合,咁樣就唔會被蓋過牛肉嘅鮮味。套餐仲有1款餐前小食,和牛凍豆腐,製作好用心、好精緻。總結,喺香港第一次發現咁出色嘅和牛,價錢合理,係抵食而質素高嘅午餐之選。

另一份油脂分佈比較多,比較起來更香滑,好香牛肉嘅鮮味。
