同家人到觀塘食雞煲打邊爐,見到餐牌有多款雞煲,難得見到新穎的芝士雞煲,見到幅相勁多芝士所以被吸引了,裡面係炸雞,好似食緊Fusion菜咁咁,先係韓式炸雞,食完加入清湯又變返中式火鍋遠處傳來live band 的動聽歌聲,好有feel ,先調味,六款任君選擇。芝士雞煲(大)$238先上場,好多芝士鋪面,還有乾蔥及大量洋蔥,炸雞已熟,㷫熱讓芝士溶左就食得,店員提醒由面食,不要攪底部,避免黏底。芝士溶左一半,有拉絲效果,入口好creamy 。食完炸雞,加入清湯,隨即可變成火鍋,點了特級雪花肥牛(小)$158,油脂分佈均勻,肉質嫩滑又香,加了鮮腐竹(半)$17,好香豆味,要快食,否則腐竹容易溶晒在湯內,呈現奶白色的湯底。再點了貢丸(半)$22,好大粒,唔會太重味精味,肉質彈牙,還點了牛柏葉$43,好爽口,比出面好食喎,食到唔停口,完全唔韌。最後點了稻庭烏冬$21,索晒啲濃湯味,烏冬夠彈牙,好味。
