去完日本旅行之後,一直對日本嘅串燒念念不忘,所以想OpenRice搵吓香港有啲咩串燒好味。見到銅鑼灣有一間餐廳唔單止有串燒,仲有手工啤!於是決定嚟試吓!我哋分別嗌咗四串串燒、一個主食同埋一個小食。串燒方面,鰻魚味道非常之好,入口即溶,醬汁嘅配搭恰到好處。另外,豬頸肉一啲都唔韌,脆口嘅,好有豚肉味!大葱雞肉簡直係絕配!大葱僻咗雞嘅腥味!主食要咗個梳乎厘鰻魚飯,呢個配搭真係好新奇,梳乎厘一直都係用係甜食度,同飯一齊夾又真係幾特別!仲要咗個吉烈蠔小食,佢有三個醬汁,提供咗唔同嘅感受!
