身邊的友人們曾介紹過這邊的午市套餐划算也高質素默默的把它筆記下來,以此價位有靚景與美食絕對是超值之選!!到訪時是初三也可以安排到落地窗旁的座位賞心悅目嘛我們3個人選了個 鮑魚酥套餐 ﹝HKD$488 / 兩位用﹞另外再單點了數款點心,先介紹單點的部份吧~各選1款,老妹的是荀尖鮮蝦餃 ﹝HKD$48﹞飽滿大顆的蝦餃,吃到整隻爽脆的蝦子本來是4顆的但動作太慢,吃了顆才想起沒拍照蠔皇叉燒包﹝HKD$36﹞雪白鬆軟的包 夾著 少量的叉燒嗯...算是好吃,但印象不深叉燒菠蘿焗餐包 ﹝HKD$36﹞酥脆的菠蘿包外層,薄薄又香酥的麵包香軟的包著甜美的叉燒套餐的內容物也蠻豐富的啊!!嘻嘻...其實重點是有鮑魚酥啦店裡的招牌 一哥鮑魚酥以鮑魚作餡料讓人最為期待,軟彈入味的鮑魚肉配著鬆化的酥皮盡是牛油的香氣,水準很高滿足啦蟹籽燒賣皇 肥肉的比例不會佔太多鮮美不油膩,上頭更添上吹彈可破的蟹籽蜂巢香芋角 本來用上芋頭來做的菜,我都會喜歡上炸得香脆的外層一咬就散開,芋泥包著偏甜膩的餡料 就不是我的菜嚕每天精選湯品,禮拜天是老妹最愛的粉葛赤小豆煲鯪魚還真巧啊,清甜滋潤像是家的味道燒腩仔拼脆皮燒鵝 聽到有燒腩仔對它

輕燙的菜較為爽爽脆脆的,淋上鮮味微甜的鮑魚汁

吃到一半時其實已開始感到飽足
都差點忘了有這個 雪菜火鴨絲炆米的存在,用上3色椒跟芽菜來炒
米粉乾爽分明,當中混著大量的鴨肉絲很是滋味
