To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放LUNCH去lab concept食晏, 周圍都好多人係正常既~等左15分鐘可以入去, 環境超嘈就係意料之外....因為台與台之間距離太少, 樓底都唔夠高, 所以好焗促都好嘈...order左四色小龍包 (芝士, 口水雞, 黑松露, 四季豆)醉雞, 蔥油餅, 仲有擔擔面....醉雞好食~夠凍, 酒味濃郁, 雞肉都爽口同埋夠滑...雞皮唔會好厚, 皮同肉既比例都好好, 唔會太肥太油~~擔擔面, 個湯唔夠濃郁, 唔夠結身, 好似水份太多溝稀左...個面都幾爽口, 煮得岩岩好唔會太淋身, 可惜面係冇湯汁既味...蔥油餅, 唔熱既, 唔好食, d粉太多, d蔥唔夠多,唔夠香... 凍左既蔥油餅就算整到點神乎其奇都係覺得差咁d野...四色小龍包, 我試左芝士(黃色)同埋黑松露(黑色)...友人試左口水雞同埋四季豆(綠色)....60幾蚊4隻都幾貴...芝士果個有濃郁芝士味, 不過唔香, 黑松露果個有好大陣菇味, 我覺得好香好濃郁...友人試既口水雞話真係同口水雞一樣味, 好似食得口水雞咁樣~四季豆就好清新, 真係有陣"青"味...好得意wor~~總括來講, 個皮都算薄同埋煙un~夠熱, 同埋湯
