To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食生日飯,雖然唔係正日,但都想隆重其事 ,諗住食高級酒店buffet 豪一豪(好明顯自已大鄉里,我扮靚靚去食而人哋都係波衫短褲去食casual 到爆 😅)。之前research過幾間酒店,睇埋YouTube⋯最後揀咗Grand Hyatt Tiffin,好衰唔衰之前出現過食物中毒事件,雖然有一刻擔心過,但最後都決定照食。我哋book咗7點,今晚6:40左右已到,reception嘅同事帶我哋去一張好特別嘅枱,窗邊嘅,望到灣仔海旁嘅風景,我好開心😄。首先講食物,選擇surprisingly唔多,而細節已有YouTube嘅片已講得好清楚所以唔詳細講了,但我覺得今晚好似少咗嘢食嘅?BTW佢哋有一人一份龍蝦🦞,我叫咗半隻芝士半隻香草牛油,我哋係食咗一陣先送上,我就覺得好一般,無乜驚喜。首輪我係即刻食生蠔 🦪同螺同蟹腳,生蠔細隻咗少少,但好新鮮,好食😄!螺同蟹腳都好食。食咗兩round生蠔就食沙律,所有沙律菜都新鮮,基本👍🏻。跟住食熱嘢,整體上係好好食!無論魚、法國洋蔥湯、炸軟殼蟹、羊架(肉好鮮嫩!)都比較值得推薦(唔知點解無食到wellington beef 😅同埋另外個龍蝦湯好鹹😅)。甜品食

跟住食熱嘢,整體上係好好食!無論魚、法國洋蔥湯、炸軟殼蟹、羊架(肉好鮮嫩!)都比較值得推薦(唔知點解無食到wellington beef 😅同埋另外個龍蝦湯好鹹😅)。甜品食咗火焰薄餅,非常好食!而個士多啤梨蛋糕就略嫌甜咗少少,後來嘅抹茶雪糕就劃上完美句號😁。

講到氣氛,餐廳有live band ,音樂悅耳,氣氛好好!好耐無試過去有live band嘅餐廳,呢個非常加分😁。

我哋張枱「好特別」,位置「感覺上」係兩行枱最尾嘅中間臨時加開的(請參閱附圖),根本就响收碗碟corner通道嘅門口,我哋一邊食一邊會見到收碟的trolley不停進出,基本上都唔太影響食嘢既心情,直至食食吓發現上面相信係冷氣機倒汗水不停滴落嚟,一間高級酒店成千蚊一個人要受冷氣機滴水個感覺真係唔係幾好受,向員工反映後,其中一個「部長」話今晚無哂吉枱,不如將我哋調去出咗餐廳落樓梯出面嘅枱食😱,唔係呀嘩⋯要行過對面馬路出餐廳坐然後上上落落拎嘢食?我哋婉拒咗,然後諗住拉過啲枱櫈啦,問題係,拉過咗枱櫈就會塞住收碟trolley嘅進出嘅通道,有次有個相信係比較junior嘅員工成個trolley撞咗我椅背😓😓,有個senior少少嘅員工即刻喝住佢,嗯⋯我無出聲,隨之而嚟就係有不同進出收碟corner嘅員工撞到我張櫈——如果今日係生日正日我應該會勁黑面勁嬲㗎喇 😑 ⋯嘩乜Grand Hyatt咁搞呀,其實book枱嗰陣無哂枱唔緊要㗎,下次唔好咁搞喇,人哋唔會再嚟喇⋯ 😖

部長有offer送杯酒俾我哋,但因為我哋唔飲酒所以無接受呢個offer,好彩食到咁上下有人走有枱吉咗出嚟,搬咗過去之後好好多,跟住又發現隻side plate上有隻蟻🐜⋯應該就係好surprise嘅生日禮物喇~😅
