To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食咗1099兩人餐，所謂可以3揀1嘅海鮮，基本上係無得揀，店員會同你講無貨或者其餘兩款無咁好。我地果抬叫咗3個餐，同隔離抬（都係我地班friend)2個餐嘅前菜份量一樣，我地同佢講，佢話係我地個份大啲，最後同佢講咗一輪先補比我地。啲貝殼類海鮮全部都咸到爆完全食唔到鮮味，條魚有陣怪味唔新鮮，除咗個龍蝦係好食之外，其他海鮮都好一般，完全唔值600一位。啲熱飲勁唔抵，成40，50蚊一杯但有啲係茶包。我地一班人去食，勁掃興，一定唔會要幫襯。
