To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以集團式經營的高級潮州菜,除潮江春及潮庭外都係不二之選,位處時代廣場更方便,坐位夠闊,枱布夠白淨及軟綿,地方整潔,放假消磨嘆茶,適合各項咀部運動的活躍處所,除唱歌……。 前菜,貢菜嫩,加配有香,生蒜辣,爽口,索索聲,不像雪裡红那麽咸,皇上貢品,當然美味 潮式韮菜棵,每次潮州酒樓都叫,阿婆鐘意臭臭,每次都滿意,今次認真解剖,韮菜大片,鲜蝦粒,有菌粒,表皮大範圍煎香脆,軟靭度及味道都係好,但之後潮庭食同一食品,就知佢勝一  籌,未試過此處,潮庭已感滿足。 薑汁雞包仔,饀有磨菇片香莤,嫩雞肉,外皮雪白有彈性香滑,不笠口,整體滿意,但我會貪心,要薑汁要勁,及加少少咸蛋黃,增加香味。 椒鹽九肚魚,正,炸粉厚薄適中,粉脆,包住魚保持魚肉鮮味及嫩滑,外咸香,魚厚身,有口感。 鴛鴦水晶包,又係知道佢好,但食過潮庭後,知道佢更好在那裏,有榄仁,甜低,餡滑,皮軟。無潮庭咁大粒,佢有6粒噃! 舐舐嘴!
