To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

噪音不減的來尖沙咀抵食米線

在寫食評前, 先投訴一下環境, 這家米線已是第3度來訪, 最早一次是2個月前. 進內去到最裡面的雙人枱, 由於不知是機房還是什麼機器的噪音過大, 坐了約5分鐘已要求轉位置. 第二次來訪如是, 第三次來訪仍不改善, 要寫一下了. 噪音的滋擾程度足以令味道水準下準一半. 亦令食客感到煩燥不安. 希望餐廳不要因為是做遊客生意為主, 噪音有效趕走久坐的客人而遲遲不願處理問題吧.  這次點的是4小辣麻辣米線, 材料依舊充足, 雖然冬菇有草青味, 但腩肉軟腍, 配線仍是相當不錯. 4小辣辣度不高, 普通人也可以接受. 麻方面頗足料, 吃後走出舖頭幾分鐘仍感受到咀唇麻痺. 味道上不過不失, 但麻辣對驅除身體寒意有相當大的幫助. 下次會點酸辣試試看.
