有一段時間沒有同太太去食廚師發辨了,發覺香港原來都有好多廚師發辩,但好食就唔算多,去到一間性價比都不錯既地方,Sushi N有不同既餐牌,今次揀了set N。【先付三品】自家製豆腐,口感滑溜豆味香濃,加了香甜南瓜汁,配合得不錯。黑梅貝頭部清甜帶嚼口,尾部甘香黏口,齒頰留香。嶡菜番茄其色澤鮮艷,飄香四溢,味道宜人。【旬之牡蠣】華槤蠔外殼和肉呈微微的金黃色,體型細小,但肉身厚肥美結實食落口感比一般生蠔獨特,鮮甜味突出。【甜蝦他他】甜蝦又是蝦子界裡面最甜味的蝦,加了少少岩鹽同柚子皮,蝦味突出甜美,之後可以再加上鱈魚片一起食。【劍魚腩】肉白略帶漂亮的淡紅色,肉質柔軟脂肪多,表面再加了少許烏魚子,有淡淡的魚卵香氣,品嚐後齒頰留香。【和牛の塩燒】A4和牛肉質濃香, 厚燒特別有嚼勁, 試原味非常香郁,之後可沾岩鹽或芥末籽,有另一番風味。【赤身】蛋黃漬的晶瑩剔透,味道像鹹蛋般鹹,配上脂肪最少,魚味最濃的赤身,底部加埋紫蘇葉一起食絕配。【煙燻銀鱈魚】揭開罩時冒出陣陣白色煙霧,超迷幻,嫩滑魚肉,味道有淡淡煙燻香,味道不錯。【白粟米】粟米粒呈象牙白色、皮薄豐潤,口感甜度適中,風味獨特。【石垣鯛】魚味濃,油脂

海鹽雪糕:夏天想食雪糕消暑,在這間店的人氣是海鹽雪糕,滲透著溫和的海鹽鹹味,整體味道十分香濃。
