To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午時間，要找個舒適空間吃個午餐，但又不想花高價，元気寿司的確是個不錯的選擇，看到新推出的lunch set套餐，嚐嚐先，點了個D set：迷你燒鰻魚丼飯，薄薄的鰻魚片伴些許的wasami 醬，雖無法與厚實的鰻魚肉相比，但午餐能食到鰻魚也已是幸福。什錦寿司雖然多樣，但似未比單點的來的新鮮，有些可惜。芝士薯餅，則是這個套餐最大的亮點，溫熱的芝士內餡，不油膩的黃金酥皮，大大滿足還有溏心蛋與豆鼓湯（亦可更換成瓶裝汽水）整體來說，雖然多樣，但下回應該還是會單點
