To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜歡龍蝦湯?同時也喜愛蟹肉餅?那接著這味 龍蝦濃湯配香煎蟹肉餅 一定正中閣下胃口:廚師以新鮮波士頓龍蝦頭、鮮茄、龍嵩及香草以慢火熬煮4小時,再加入龍蝦殼一起熬製,帶來香濃味美的濃湯,吃時配上自家製蟹肉餅,更添滿足!

主菜則有四款選擇,有海鮮也有肉類。首先是 紙包煮海鮮米型麵,以玻璃紙包裹帶子、青口、鮮蝦、蜆及海鱸烤焗,貌似非常鮮甜吸引,不過我沒有試。

食友的 火炙鱈魚柳配牛油燴大蒜 則非常出色:魚皮香脆、肉質嫩滑鮮美並帶柔柔奶油香味,迷人不得了。但我更加抵抗不了 香烤28天熟成西冷扒及原隻大虎蝦 (+$60) 的呼喚,點了一客來品嚐;啖啖肉大蝦固然好吃,但肉味香濃的西冷更是出類拔萃,大力推介給各位牛魔王!

最後的甜品是巨大 香橙甜酒梳乎厘配薑味雪糕,我們起初以為這是2-3人份量,原來竟是位上的份量,好震撼啊... 由於梳乎厘輕柔軟綿,配上雲尼拿汁倍添柔滑,襯以薑味雪糕則帶來清新刺激,太美味關係結果也吃得七七、八八、九九、十十... 罪過也!

但最後還有生日蛋糕驚喜,而且這個藍莓芝士蛋糕輕甜不膩,忍不住又多吃了幾口,再幾口,再幾口... 非常幸福愉快的一晚,並期待下次交流更多新旅程的興奮點滴吧~
