「磯丸水產」是日本一間以海鮮燒烤而聞名遐邇的連鎖餐廳,標榜食材新鮮海港直送,價格相宜之餘質素又高,分店更遍佈日本全國。與「磯丸水產」只有一字之差的「焱丸水產」,同樣主打磯燒水產,離日本二千多三千公里之距,味道和質素又有分別嗎?餐廳裝潢以簡樸的木材為主,仿似一間日本小店,令人有如置身於日本之感。餐牌上林林總總的水產磯燒﹑刺身﹑小食﹑壽司等等一應俱全。而桌上的爐正正就是用作磯燒水產呢!最貼心的莫過於旁邊還有附帶可愛插圖的指示圖文並荿地介紹不同水產的磯燒方法,讓食客不會一頭霧水呢! 橫綱7點盛($480) 活海螺刺身($120) 活北寄貝刺身($180) 左口魚刺身($120)餐廳主打日本產地直送的水產,又怎能不先來一盤刺身嚐鮮?橫綱七點盛拼盤七款刺身包括有海膽、吞拿魚腩、油甘魚、三文魚、帆立貝、鯛魚和鱆紅魚,全部非常厚切,鮮甜肥美!唯獨是吞拿魚腩刺身彷彿未被徹底解凍,起初吃下帶點冰硬,不過魚脂豐腴,油潤感十足!而活海螺刺身及活北寄貝刺身質感爽脆;左口魚刺身則切得透薄如紙,果真新鮮。 醒胃八爪魚粒 ($48)八爪魚粒十分彈牙,沒有平時在坊間吃到的急凍貨色般韌而難嚥,配上酸甜醬汁,作為開胃

早前到日本旅行其實已經多番遇到磯丸水產的分店,卻未有機會一試,希望下次再到日本旅行時一嘗後能來個較量吧!
整體來說,大部分菜式的價錢都不用一百元,價格合理,味道和質素亦不錯,只是是次沒有嘗試太多燒烤水產有點遺憾,下次一定再臨!
