To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過上次食到冰涼麵包嘅餐蛋治後,深深不憤,決定再去百分百食餐蛋治烘底做早餐,時間係朝早10點半左右,但餐廳入座率,目測有九成滿,對於一個有10多座樓嘅屋邨,而且可以提供堂食早餐嘅食肆多達10間咁多嚟講,加上時間係接近午市時間,可想而知呢間餐廳係幾咁受歡迎。上次食嘅餐蛋治時,塊麵包係凍冰冰,今次醒目加$2烘底,口感完全唔同哂,而且每件三文治唔單只蛋夠厚夠滑,餐肉亦有兩塊方罐火腿午餐肉,而且厚度亦適中,唔會太薄,麵包係厚身麵包,所以如果細食啲嘅話,真係可以當午餐。而最重要係每件三文治都好貼心咁用一張厚身牛油紙墊底,可以好斯文、好優雅咁拎起件三文治嚟食,食完唔會隻手有油之餘,仲唔會跌到周圍係,呢方面絕對要加分,所以個樓面畀支叉我(見三文治上方)算係多餘嘅,莫非佢唔想畀人話我無叉用?哈哈!奶茶,我喜歡落啡糖去調味,味道好過用砂糖,茶嘅濃度適中,我好怕飲過濃嘅奶茶,因為會帶苦味,滑度亦足夠,而且帶有微微茶香,又無酸味(你比較過大家樂嘅奶茶就知我講乜啦),唔錯。埋單計都只係$35,咁嘅食物質素,如果有得揀嘅話,仲使乜幫襯兩大一美,或者太興?
