To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2020年12月2日之前見到有個四人套餐都好似幾吸引,於是今晚決定黎食。由於政府實施限聚令,每張枱只能坐兩個人,唯有分兩張枱坐。呢個四人套餐價錢係$888 ,有頭盤 - 醬燒BB乳豬 拼 素鵝丶海蜇。有湯 - 原窩花膠螺頭雞湯 。仲有三個主菜,翡翠蝦球桂花蚌丶北京片皮鴨一隻丶蟲草花蒸沙巴班。當晚仲加多左個口水雞,最值得一讚係呢條魚,非常滑,好好味,肉質鮮嫩。而花膠螺頭雞湯好足料,好多螺肉,花膠一般。片皮鴨今次有d失準,有輕微生,紅紅地。翡翠蝦球桂花蚌整得幾好,蝦夠大隻丶新鮮。桂花蚌份量多。但係頭盤份量比較細份,我覺得份量不足以四人食,分量多d就更加好。乳豬整得幾好,皮脆肉嫩。不過整體上都好滿意,服務態度好好。
