To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚一行5人食中菜,第一次來到黃金海岸的中菜廳,俾我感覺好乾淨,餐具好雅緻,簡單淡色的主調好舒服。5個大人,叫了四人片皮鴨餐,個餐有餸有蟹肉羹有飯,生果甜品齊曬$1988雖然4人餐,5個人食,佢比足5份,好貼心片皮鴨的餅皮用蒸籠盛載,上枱時餅皮微暖,不是很熱,拿上手都算薄,雖薄但拿到底個塊都沒有互相黏住,幾好鴨皮不油,燒得好脆,輕輕連住鴨肉,更有口感。鴨肉沒有鴨羶味,唔太肥。不過同行的朋友反而覺得鴨肉太瘦,沒有油香其他拌食的青瓜葱絲椒絲,都切得好適中,長短均一。這份片皮鴨整體是值得推薦炒飯粒粒分明,真材實料,好多瑤柱叉燒,我喜歡這炒飯炒得硬身,有鑊氣味菜鴨絲,連片皮鴨是一味兩食,鴨絲比較少,其他是雜菜絲鴨無咩味,反而其他配菜較咸。西芹有渣。菠蘿蝦球,平時其他地方用罐頭菠蘿,這裡用新鮮菠蘿,即刻感覺有營養左。蝦球夠大隻,如果上枱可以更熱就好。蘆筍魚球,魚肉鮮,有口感不鬆散。蘆筍炒得不會過火,咬落去卜卜脆
