To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾個同事同我慶祝升職，lunch time 因為遲咗出門口，好多地方都已經爆棚，唯獨是加太賀因為地方大所以唔駛等仲要無端端比間房我哋坐，哈哈因為之前食過四人餐，感覺都OK，今日唔使諗即刻order第一碟商場就係最出名嘅花之戀，三文魚都OK鮮甜，蟹子就少咗啲。跟住d刺身一般啊芒果三文魚蟹子沙律，好睇唔好食，芒果比較酸同埋成份都剩係得青瓜。店員同我講炒飯係鰻魚炒飯，但我食嚟食去淨係食到雞粒，被騙感覺，飯炒得夠晒乾身忍唔住叫咗杯巨峰乳酸飲品，都真係好難可以整得咁難飲，而且賣相可以咁核突仲要係收我正價30幾蚊。豬軟骨反而幾好食鐵板海鮮豆腐又係必食嘅牛油炒雜菌姑姑我唔食魚嘅埋單差不多要＄500
