To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同朋友喺大陸試過呢種四川串串,覺得幾好食想encore,於是就喺OpenRice搵到呢間四川串串放題,價錢合理並唔太貴,於是決定一試,都幾物超所值。 放題分三個時段,成人最平$208 加一,最貴嘅時段就$248 加一,星期一至日同價。餐廳面積較小,只有大約20幾個座位,我哋去到嘅時候只剩兩張枱,所以最好事先book定。Menu係簡單嘅兩頁落單紙,原來除咗放題外,亦可以散叫,或者有一個$328嘅二人套餐都非常扺食吸引,但因為我哋已經留肚做足準備,所以都係揀咗放題。串串嘅選擇,有超過40種,亦有超過10種嘅風味小食同飲品可供選擇,全部都係任飲任食,真係好抵。 先來介紹風味小食:棒棒雞:呢個係廚師推薦,而事實上亦都真係幾好味,佢其實係麻醬雞絲青瓜,芝麻醬嘅份量好足,味道好夠,青瓜絲好爽口清甜,雞肉都幾嫩,成個小食口感味道都好好,食落好開胃,食食吓辣嘢食佢亦都可以中和下辣度解辣。涼拌海帶絲:海帶絲食落口感幾好,好柔軟脆爽,辣得黎又好爽口,令人不停食完又食。香辣無骨鳳爪:個醬汁好惹味,無骨鳳爪細細隻容易進食,鳳爪亦都好入味。上湯娃娃菜:呢個本身只係叫黎想減低罪惡感,因為其他嘢食好似都好

棒棒雞:呢個係廚師推薦,而事實上亦都真係幾好味,佢其實係麻醬雞絲青瓜,芝麻醬嘅份量好足,味道好夠,青瓜絲好爽口清甜,雞肉都幾嫩,成個小食口感味道都好好,食落好開胃,食食吓辣嘢食佢亦都可以中和下辣度解辣。

涼拌海帶絲:海帶絲食落口感幾好,好柔軟脆爽,辣得黎又好爽口,令人不停食完又食。

香辣無骨鳳爪:個醬汁好惹味,無骨鳳爪細細隻容易進食,鳳爪亦都好入味。

上湯娃娃菜:呢個本身只係叫黎想減低罪惡感,因為其他嘢食好似都好辣好唔健康,所以想叫個菜中和下,但點知佢係好好食,個湯底好鮮甜,娃娃菜亦都好鮮嫩,吸收晒成個湯底,食落非常清甜。

藤椒雞軟骨:呢個係另一道我覺得好好食嘅風味小食,雞軟骨好爽脆,藤椒嘅味道好神奇,就係食落口會會覺得充滿麻辣味,但實際上並唔麻又並唔辣,真係好神奇,特登上網search先知,因為藤椒佢嘅特性就係麻味綿長但刺激性低,呢種清新嘅麻辣味令人忍唔住食過不停,雞軟骨一粒接着一粒咁食。

水煮麻辣豬紅:豬紅被辣汁充分浸泡,所以麻辣味十足,而且豬紅質感實淨,唔會一夾即散。

老成都雜醬麵(乾拌麵):第一次食呢種成都特色麵,一上枱見到個賣相時,心諗咁普通嘅?點知食落幾有驚喜,口感彈牙有咬口,炸醬味道酸酸甜甜,味道好香,口感唔油膩,食落覺得好開胃。

主角出場:店員捧住一大碗串串上枱,湯底好熱辣辣。原來我哋不知不覺叫咗咁多串,咁多串放埋一齊真係好打卡able,辣度方面我哋揀咗小辣同正常麻,不得不讚賞師傅嘅串串手勢,我哋叫咗咁多串,無一串甩岀黎,每一串一拎起就食得。

由於叫咗太多款,實在不能盡錄,只可以抽幾款介紹。

豬頸肉:上面鋪滿孜然粉同辣味粉,麻辣感十足,肉質爽脆。
鮮魷魚:彈牙有咬口,雖然充滿辣味,但都掩蓋唔到佢本身嘅鮮味。
黑木耳:浸泡喺麻辣湯中令木耳吸收晒麻辣湯底,爽口得來辣得過癮。
娃娃菜:依然鮮嫩,同上湯版形成咗強烈對比,吸收晒辣湯嘅精華,辣味豐厚。
雞肉:呢個幾有驚喜,因為正常雞肉浸泡喺湯底太耐,就會變得好韌好鞋,但呢度嘅雞肉依然鮮嫩,吸收晒麻辣湯底味道嘅同時,亦保留住雞肉原有嘅鮮味
泡椒牛肉:肥牛包住一條泡椒,辣度十足,一啖咬落去,泡椒入面嘅酸辣汁噴出嚟, 味道口感相當唔錯。

成都老冰粉:冰粉晶瑩剔透,冰涼入心,配上甜甜嘅葡萄乾、山楂等等,味道清甜,夏日必食推介,亦非常解辣解膩。
