To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

渝酸辣粉朋友成日話銅鑼灣有間酸辣野好好食，今次經過銅鑼灣終於食到啦！呢間鋪頭唔算當眼位置，好容易行行下miss 咗搵唔到~口水雞配擔擔麪套餐 HK$86口水雞嘅醬汁麻麻辣辣，雞肉都算滑嫩，不過要小心有雞骨；擔擔麪要咗小小辣，辣度剛剛好；麪條幼身但配埋免治肉碎同花生就好有咬口，呢個好好食四川燃燒麪 HK$57呢個名好特別，未食可能唔知點解，食完呢個麪就發配自己個嘴同脷好似燃燒緊；麪條同擔擔麪嘅一樣，但呢個醬汁就辣好多，明明點咗小小辣都好辣青瓜豆漿 HK$34豆漿黎講都算貴，但因為唔係周圍都有得飲，所以叫咗杯試下；清甜嘅青瓜味配埋豆漿，成個感覺好清新~整體黎講呢間川菜黎講都幾唔錯，麪條好好咬口，其實自己好快已經忍唔住encore多次；要留意返唔係太食得辣嘅記得試咗小小辣先啦
