Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

老公係四川人， 疫情咁耐佢都冇返過鄉下，今日專登搵咗一間食四川菜，慰勞一下佢，一解佢嘅思鄉病。食辣嘢，我老公簡直係一個老饕，唔辣唔食，而且好嘴刁。 老壇酸菜魚 $168，🌶好誇張，一上菜就想一個面盆咁大嘅湯碗，老公話好有老家feel。 老公將湯底好似當湯飲過不停。坦白講，我都覺得好好味， 魚肉又大塊，又厚肉，又鮮嫩，一啲都唔send。 四川辣子雞$168 🌶🌶🌶呢一條老公完全包底，佢話個辣味好出， 味道啱啱好，好啱佢何車。 我試咗一啖，眼淚水都標埋😂😂😂。。 乾鍋花菜$88 🌳我唯有叫返呢一個畀自己食，唔錯。
