To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

四百零蚊有豪吃，加幾十蚊有紅酒

看到很多負評去之前還擔心，食完覺得滿意，唔太多講，推三樣食品。1生蠔，還有海水味新鮮但味道偏淡，兩人食了三打，2烤牛肉，這個是滿意的，味濃，肉不柴，好食，一般食自助餐，烤牛肉我只拿一次，但這個烤牛肉我們拿了兩次。3榴槤撻，如買店有賣，收我20蚊個我都會買，可惜係每次只出十次，還要排幾分鐘隊，所以只排了兩次吃了兩個，其實還有片皮鴨，但味道一般今次，越南牛肉粉湯底味道有點像肉骨茶，感覺有點差的是果汁要另加38蚊,紅酒吧酒要加58蚊，所以我飲了五六杯果汁朋友加飲料四五杯紅酒，全是歸本了其實還有雪榚也是必食的。今次食11點到1點只有兩小時，下次再去要去食1點，因為可食到3點半，可以多吃半小時用open rice落訂，原本有88折，慳返啲酒水錢，擋幫你地買下廣告
