標榜自己"一般"嘅人氣港式火鍋店, 由初搬到中環鋪位開始食到呢家預約困難店, 水準仍然咁"一般"預約嘅時候已經預訂扇牯牛皇同招牌豬骨蜆煲, 可惜當日全港未有扇牯牛, 欣賞佢哋堅持唔賣隔夜牛, 咁我哋就叫咗大份嘅"老蘭嫰牛四併", 有齊封門柳、牛頸脊、牛匙柄同牛胸簽, 店員一如以往會介紹唔同部分嘅特色同埋建議時間上湯底之前會有醬料可以自己mix & match, 不過湯底夠味其實唔洗都可以飲陣啤酒就上招牌豬骨蜆煲個煲堆到好滿, 店員會幫手夾起豬骨同建議先飲碗湯, 香濃豬骨湯加埋蜆好鮮甜海鮮拼盤 - 每日唔同, 視乎當日有咩新鮮海鮮, 多數會有蟶子、蚌仔、沙白, 今次我哋有大蝦, 仲大隻過蟶子鮮製三寶手打肉滑 - 一次過試哂三款, 菜脯蝦醬豬肉滑、墨魚滑、”魚羊”滑, 最吸引一定係”魚羊”滑, 羊肉較味濃但咬落有鯪魚肉口感, 幾特別不過又唔係鮮; 豬肉加埋菜脯蝦醬好有屋企蒸肉餅feel; 墨魚滑都鮮爽, 只係比較上2款淡味而失色最後每位都送上桂花蒟蒻, 開心甜蜜完結一餐
