中環食到50幾蚊一個飯算平呀,仲要係好食!雖然餐牌選擇唔多,但就貴精不貴多,試過佢哋個拔道腩雞飯同封門柳豬油撈麵,兩個都好食。唔怪得長期要排隊。餐廳裝修好有香港茶記特色,所有佈置同擺設都好有心思,想像到如果夜晚喺度打邊爐一定好有氣氛。唯一係啲侍應比較有個性,有次同同事一行3人,都過咗1點半先去,人龍唔算長,同埋啲枱都開始清緊,目測有兩張冇人嘅4人卡位,我地問侍應我哋可唔可以入去坐,佢堅持要我哋等,我哋心諗,啲人1位嚟食嘢,你都要佢搭枱㗎啦,我地都知要搭枱,咁點解唔俾我哋3個入呢?而且後面都冇4人等位,好奇怪。然後我哋再三要求,個侍應先至好晦氣咁俾我哋入座。雖然每次去都覺得佢地啲嘢食係ok,但佢地侍應啲態度都令我卻步,所以其實次次都係飯腳們話去我先去!不過講句公道說話,呢個價錢呢個食物質素,中環嚟講係算CP值高嘅。

睇咗Mill Milk嘅介紹,我一直心心念念生日要食到,所以喺生日前個幾月已經叫朋友mark實,捕住佢開放時間,終於book到6點嗰段時間。話哂第一次試,我哋就揀咗佢嘅招牌豬骨蜆煲。豬骨味濃郁,再加少少蜆嘅鮮甜,趁未淥嘢食,自己已經𢳂咗兩碗飲🤪據我所知,珍姐啲牛好出色,仲有款即日劏,所以除咗叫碟老蘭嫩牛四併之外,我哋仲叫咗扇牯牛皇。先講老蘭嫩牛四併,有四款牛嘅部位,分別係封門柳、牛頸脊、牛匙柄、牛胸簽,未上菜之前就已經有員工拎住哩四款牛肉嚟向我哋一一介紹,同我哋解釋邊款肉味比較出,邊款油脂感比較重,我自己食牛就最睇重肉味,其中封門柳最為突出,口感紮實。其後扇牯牛皇,食唔食得出即日劏,我就真係冇本事,但就食得出睇得出啲嘢真係新鮮架,望落啲牛嘅色水都好靚,一樣又係有幾個部位(sorry 唔係好記得🤡)不過相對老蘭嫩牛略嫌肉味唔夠出,次序應該調一調轉食。隨此之外,其他配菜都大件新鮮。最後成間舖嘅環境氛圍服務,都令我哋體驗好好,除咗員工會為大家介紹菜式之外,仲不斷會YO食客,搭下嗲,吹下水。同場有其他食客都係慶祝生日,全間舖播哂生日歌熄哂燈好有氣氛,仲送咗杯酒俾我哋飲,哩餐生日飯食得相當輕鬆愉
