To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少夜晚去洒樓食飯，因為陪我的母親大人，所以就隨便搵間試吓先。我們一行四人就點了這個四人餐，有鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉、沙嗲金菇牛肉煲、清蒸沙巴龍躉一條、燒味拼盤和西湖牛肉羹。平時呢個套餐$388，但今日假期要加$60。燒味拼盤賣相一般，但好味喎，叉燒夠稔，正。叫了三個靚仔，但咁簡單的飯，居然吾好味，個人覺得有少少奇怪的味道，心想可能D米有少部份壞咗🤔。西湖牛肉羹一窩上，份量好足喎，抵俾個Like😀,我好愛的菠蘿🍍咕嚕肉上抬了，熱辣辣好好味👍🏻之後是沙爹金菇牛肉煲，味道吾錯牛肉好多，最後是母親的至愛清蒸沙巴龍躉，魚肉吾過火，幾好喎，今晚雖然食家上小菜，但價錢經濟實惠，而且嘢食Ok,大家可以一試。
