另外抽了少許胃部空間喝了碗德國青豆湯,鮮甜滑溜,同樣美味。

有燒火腿及牛扒,各自取了一薄片,前者邊位的油脂十分香濃,而且又不覺粗鞋,而後者就似乎熟了一點,如果可以有medium rare的熟成度就一流了。

其實已經有不少懷舊菜,但如果可以增添一些懷舊點心例如豬肚燒賣、鮮蝦銀針粉或灌湯餃之類就更正了。
