To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六無無聊聊，就好想周圍睇吓，發掘吓香港另外一面。嚟到觀塘，表面工廈林立，但行入啲都會有啲好社區嘅地方。喺街市附近，就有一間好懷舊氣息嘅上海嘢我同胃民嗌咗個二人套餐，包兩個餸、一兜湯同兩碗飯大胃好酒，欽點花雕醉雞，一啖咬落去，酒味勁濃，落足料，雞肉都算滑口，有驚喜獅子頭真係真係好大粒，咬咗六啖先食得晒，仲有好多時菜喺下面墊低，唔使一味做食肉獸好大兜湯呀，入面係青菜豆腐，夠飲之餘仲夠食𠻹第一次飲八寶茶，好好飲呀，花味好豐富，最緊要係有甜味入咗嚟真係好似時光倒流咁，好鍾意咁嘅感覺
