To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽說這小店上海菜頗地道, 今日下午正在區內辦一點事, 完成後已過午膳時段, 正好來一個上海式下午茶餐😀午市套餐選擇頗多, 我點了超值一人套餐包括：飲品-香茶, 生津解渴, 炎夏佳品小食-陳年花雕醉雞, 酒香而不搶味, 肉質滑嫩, 好好的餐前涼菜👍😋湯-自家養生湯是椰子燉雞湯, 清甜可口, 椰香滿溢, 湯料雞肉冧軟, 椰片仍有嚼感👍主菜-古法紅燒肉百頁結, 豬肉炆得軟硬合度, 味道中和而不感肥膩, 百頁結入口爽脆又鮮味😋😋主食-擔擔麵這餐我至愛, 中辣味較溫和, 湯頭濃郁, 麵條爽口彈牙😋😋飽餐後再享用多杯香茶才完結這回味上海式下午茶餐👍👍
