記得前年嘅好姊妹聖誕聚,一行五人,選了去銅鑼灣金朝陽中心二期嘅「王家沙花樣年華」吃新派滬菜慶祝。早前從友人口中得知,「王家沙」喺紅磡開左新分店,兩口子一向愛吃上海菜,所以趁周五有空,下班後就一於拉埋老公過去開餐。新舖座落於黃埔新天地享膳坊,餐廳跟銅鑼灣店一樣,走年輕人路線,門面以半落地玻璃作設計,光猛開揚,感覺通爽不逼。入面嘅花花牆身飾有雀鳥和蝴蝶,以突出花樣年華的主題,配上一室舒服的梳化座椅,裝潢既高貴又優雅,令人耳目一新。安座後先拿起點菜紙逐一細看,項目包括有涼菜、點心、湯羹、小菜、江河海鮮、飯麵、蔬菜、魚翅、烏參、甜品及飲品等,選擇豐富,而且大部份菜式,定價都算親民,幾十蚊已經有交易。另外茶/水價就每位 $10、餐前小食 $10。蘇式鮮肉小籠包 ($48)  是店中名物,每次去「王家沙」都例必會點吃,今次當然亦不例外。小籠包一客有五隻,上桌後率先挾起一隻細看,雖然不算皮薄,但食落湯汁濃鮮,鮮美可口,而且餡料豐富,令人齒頰留香。韮王炒鱔糊 ($118)  是老公至愛,鱔絲上檯時香噴噴,條條長短相若,而且均勻地沾上濃汁。馬上挾起嘗一口,肉質爽滑,軟腍不霉且略帶魚鮮,食落完全不腥;而沾

韮王炒鱔糊 ($118)  是老公至愛,鱔絲上檯時香噴噴,條條長短相若,而且均勻地沾上濃汁。馬上挾起嘗一口,肉質爽滑,軟腍不霉且略帶魚鮮,食落完全不腥;而沾著的醬汁,味道亦鹹中帶甜,香濃惹味,用來佐飯一流!

有餸當然要配飯,選了一客石鍋鮑魚飯 ($128),隻鮑魚雖然唔算好大,不過個賣相都幾煞食。先咬開鮑魚一嘗,肉質軟腍濃郁,具嚼感。飯加左鮑魚汁、冬菇、雞粒和瑤柱絲等一齊炒,加上用石窩的高溫將飯粒烘至乾身,所以吃起來特別濃香惹味。

食完咁多濃味野,當然要揀番碟菜中和下,點了薑汁芥蘭 ($72),芥蘭炒得條條翠綠,入口既爽脆又鮮嫩,正。

飯後甜品自然亦不能少,選了這客京式甜點高力豆沙球 ($56)。豆沙球呈金黃色,外形圓渾,面頭撒滿砂糖,賣相誘人。咬開試試,蛋白入口柔如棉花,細意咀嚼還有輕微的彈性,中間豆沙餡分量雖然不多,但食落甜得來又不涸喉,更沒滲出半滴油,令人吃不停口。

整體來說,這晚所點的幾款菜式,味道都唔錯,價錢合理,服務到位,難怪臨走前見餐廳已經幾乎坐滿客。
