To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

石鍋鰻魚窩蛋燒牛肉飯石鍋夠熱，但未有飯焦。鰻魚都唔錯有啲日式風味，但牛肉就太老，同埋太乾。飯量都好夠，好多飯。最好係啲燒汁可以自己加，可以加好多燒汁同七味粉。燒汁滑蛋雞扒飯滑蛋就太乾身，但個味都夠既。雞扒唔係太juicy，都係要落返啲燒汁溝溝無咁dry。碗飯都份量十足既，其實細食可以食一個再加啲小食。環境因為我平日過去，仲要1-2點鐘數，所以佢係商場入面都開咗2張大枱。好有中學生放飯咁，如果坐舖入面都望到啲戶外境，但唔會好靚。

燒汁滑蛋雞扒飯

環境
因為我平日過去，仲要1-2點鐘數，所以佢係商場入面都開咗2張大枱。好有中學生放飯咁，如果坐舖入面都望到啲戶外境，但唔會好靚。
