To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無可否認,太興的食物感覺上比較少味精的,雖然價錢偏高,但仍然會經常幫襯。上次在8號風球下去太興,食物麻麻,可能在風球下影響了質數吧!今次就不同了。<回味菠蘿咕嚕肉>賣相吸引,令人垂延三尺。酸度適中,肉夠軟林林,菠蘿與青椒也夠新鮮,太興的咕嚕肉整體是可以的,比一般茶餐廳好,但心中最好的咕嚕肉始終是 !現在好想去拔絲...... 好味的咕嚕肉會很明顯的食到以下感覺:外層是惹味的酸汁 > 中層是炸脆了的煙韌肉面 > 內層是新鮮的肉<斑球梅菜蒸滑豆腐>這是較勁清淡的菜式,很適合女性和注重健康的人士,份量也不少的,斑球新鮮好味,梅菜也是惹味的,而豆腐就真的很滑,但很難一口食晒三樣野,如果斑球可以大塊一點會更好!
