今日同朋友仔慶生,六月真係多朋友仔生日,所以諗住食好啲,就揀咗呢間食日本🇯🇵飛驒牛的餐廳,花心既我見餐牌上有不同部位的牛可以揀,又想試齊咁多個部位,後來俾我見到有個 C 餐,叫精選A5飛驒牛($1,180),包咗十個部位,就試咗佢啦。點咗食返個餐之後,店員就送上麵鼓湯、漬物同茶碗蒸茶碗蒸 - 有淡淡蛋的清香,入口滑滑的再來就係2件炙燒赤身A5飛驒牛壽司,係外側後腿肉,入口超嫩滑,火炙後今牛香味更出2件炙燒霜降A5飛驒牛壽司,是下肩胛翼板肉,店員話是比較稀少部份,炙燒後帶出咗牛的香氣,點Wasabi一齊食,香而不膩,好味精選日本A5飛驒牛(8個部位,每個部位有2件)、西冷、肉眼芯、里脊肉、上後腰脊肉、臀骨肉、和尚頭、亀之子、友三角我特別喜歡的是友三角,友三角的油花分佈勻均,只要輕燒幾下,就經已脂香四溢,而且有咬口霜降西冷係我第2個我喜歡的部位 - 佢既雪花好多,而且富有牛肉味野菜醋物沙律 - 蔬菜很清新,可以醒醒胃飲品我點了🥢Orion Beer (380ml) ($52) 和 Premium Black 黑啤 (380ml) ($60)最後來個甜品:豆腐雪糕 及 紅豆雪糕作結。下次我
