To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入到香港仔做完野就要揾地方醫肚,見金記冰室多人,有又新鮮蛋撻出爐,就選了金記冰室無骨海南雞套餐食左正餐先,點了無骨海南雞飯有油飯,油飯夠香,雞件也夠滑溜,無骨就更加食得舒服,啖啖都係肉,有甜鼓油同薑蓉點下,仲有老火湯飲very good雪山菠蘿冰好大杯呀,本身唔知道有雪糕跟埋,我以為得黑牛同白雪公主先有雪糕,雪糕大大個好滿足曲奇底蛋撻剛好蛋撻新鮮出爐,所以點了熱奶茶來配吃。曲奇餅底食番兒時的味道,跟熱奶茶是絕配。
