To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嚟觀塘探朋友,搵到呢間台灣菜小店~見有芒果魯肉飯咁新奇,一定要試一試😋!呢個台北夜市小食拼盤就可以滿足晒多個願望!又有台灣香腸,又有炸花枝丸🦑,又有炸雞粒~台灣腸好油香,面頭又煎得好脆~炸花枝丸都幾彈牙,食到粒粒花枝,唔係成舊粉頭哥種丸🍡~而雞粒炸得好香,加埋味粉真係好有台灣逛夜市嘅感覺呀😍😍我就鍾意食呢種風琴豆腐~似豆卜得嚟,索汁嘅面積又夠大,所以沾滿晒牛肉汁嘅香味🐮難得有花雕雞翼梗係要試下🐔!有酒香又唔會太濃味,唔會酒味重到苦嘅🍶,個人覺得唔錯~呢個芒果魯肉飯好豐富!而且魯肉飯搭芒果嘅感覺好新奇,但又真係夾🥭~重點係啲芒果粒粒都甜嘅,食落平衡返魯肉嘅肥膩感~一向都喜歡食蛋餅🌮,而邪惡蛋之戀就係肉鬆芋泥蛋餅~個蛋餅煎得好香,再加埋滿滿嘅芋泥!雖然啲芋泥有啲擠咗出嚟無咁靚🤣但真係好足料,而啲芋泥仲好香添~平時飲冬瓜檸檬,但啲檸檬都係假味🍋~呢度用新鮮檸檬同青檸片,夾埋冬瓜茶好好飲🥒。朋友揀咗八寶桂圓玫瑰茶~入面好足料,又有紅棗又有玫瑰花👍佢哋而家午市晚市都有九折,啲飲品仲有半價添,超抵!咁耐無去台灣,食下台灣嘢解鄉愁最啱,最推芋泥蛋餅🤤🤤🤤
