呢間意大利餐廳，我細細個就已經好鐘意食！而家搵到一兩個錢，就到我請家人食喇雖然半自助餐十分出名，不過因為工作關係，所以都比較夜到餐廳，於是我地就散叫算了。由於我地都好鐘意食芝士，所以一見到有芝士拼盤就立即order！雖然侍應好好心咁提醒我地，芝士拼盤其實係甜品黎㗎，但由佢啦，當頭盤都一樣得姐仲記得餐廳大多數意大利麵係自家製，所以就叫埋牛肉闊條麵同埋焗千層麵！先黎一籃麵包，熱辣辣，配合橄欖油同黑醋，無敵！芝士拼盤一到，侍應就4款芝士逐一介紹，可惜我聽唔明又唔識串啲意大利文聽唔明就唔理啦，即刻食！4款有軟有硬，最軟嘅應該係羊奶芝士，有個發霉嘅應該係blue cheese，另兩個一硬一半軟，唔知係咩呢個人最鐘意半軟果款，香濃芝士味加有啲似煮溶芝士嘅口感，正！其他3款都唔錯，鐘意芝士嘅朋友唔好錯過！牛肉闊條麵食得出自家製麵，好重粉味，牛肉霖，配合汁上面嘅芝士碎，一流。焗千層麵又係有大量芝士，極度懷疑酒店啲芝士唔洗錢！新鮮熱辣焗起，味道唔錯，不過肉就比之前度闊條麵硬，無計，此終係焗。最後，鐘意芝士嘅朋友一定要黎食芝士拼盤！係酒店食，個拼盤都只係$104好抵
