好耐都未去過食越南野, 因為仔仔去學野嘅關係,所以近日對灣仔嘅餐廳特別有興趣,喺附近找到一間越南特色小店。之前係外國讀書嗰陣都好掛住食越南包,同埋越南粉。 好想找回從前讀書時期嘅回憶。門面裝修有點兒像傳統越南餐館特色, 餐廳位置唔係好多,但係座位都坐得幾舒適。我哋叫咗一個法式香茅豬扒越南包,生牛肉粉,同埋香茅雞翼。法式香茅豬扒包,個人覺得法包一定要報道香脆,先會好味。 呢個法包除咗香脆之餘,熱辣辣。仲會保持到發包嘅軟硬度,非常適中,豬扒嘅味道非常入味,配上新鮮嘅番茄蔬菜,正生牛肉河,香濃嘅湯底,牛肉亦都好新鮮,好耐未試過連湯都飲埋。香茅雞翼,香茅味十足,但亦都唔會話好油膩,雞翼亦都好入味,不過如果喜歡吃嘅最好要帶多幾碟,因為一客只有四隻,而因小弟喜歡吃雞翼嘅關係,我哋叫左兩客
