有時偶然都想食下上海菜,今次黎到呢間京滬村,係元朗都有聽過下佢既名,今次係特登黎拜會一下,順手解一解口癮上海菜必叫的小籠包,呢款係蟲草花小籠包,見到有條蟲尾係個小籠包頂頂出左黎,好搞笑。咬落去,皮唔厚,裡面湯汁與肉顯得有點肥美,而且足料,汁味濃而不膩,口感與味道都不錯呢!花菇燉花膠,又花菇又花膠,認真夠補,湯味清甜,裡面有少少豬肉,湯不似味精湯,而且花膠煮得剛剛好,超軟滑,花菇亦夠哂厚肉,啖啖菇味。酒香東坡肉,舊東坡肉超大舊啊,切開個時已經見到好滑,上面一層肥膏與肉融為一體,入口就溶,而且東坡肉超級入味,所以真係食極都唔厭五味滷鴨舌,份量好多呢,汁好濃味,所以成個鴨舌都非常之惹味石鍋鮮蟹粉蛋炒飯,一上已經聞到好香石鍋飯同蟹粉味,食落去更加冇得彈,蟹粉超濃郁味道加上濃熱辣脆的石鍋炒飯,食到停唔到口
