To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同frd食過一次 超級掛住呢到既片皮鴨上次黎仲係叫美中鴨子 今次已經改左名🤣 除左個名 所有野都冇變過 ～ 我同三個frds差唔多9:00先入座 唔洗點等位 可能因為係閒日一坐低就叫左半隻片皮鴨 雞絲粉皮 小籠包 粉烏冬！ 雞絲粉皮必食 有芝麻醬 好有芝麻香🤩 好適合做前菜 開胃！ 食小籠包次次都要好小心 個皮比較易穿 小籠包入面既湯都好濃 讚 半隻片皮鴨夠四人食 每人三件 鴨皮好脆 肉嫩 成個配搭都好match食三件已經好夠 本身比較麻麻炒烏冬 但呢到既又炒得幾好食🤩 食完一次已經好想再食喇！本身以為人均消費要200蚊 最後$136就搞掂
