To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

茶木一路都係我久不久會光顧的集團式食肆，因為食物質素吾錯，又坐得舒服。不過奈何成日都好多人等位。今日有幸吾駛等好耐位，就來同老公撐檯腳啦。今天點了個酥炸雞扒麵同豬軟骨麵，好鐘意呢度的湯底，濃濃的牛肉湯加上陣陣莞茜香，令味道更有層次！酥炸雞扒即叫即整，分開上碟，避免卜卜脆的外層被牛肉湯浸淋，入面雞扒肉質嫩滑，好味道。飲品方面，我們點了朱古力火山和檸檬柳丁蘇打。飲品一向都好有保證，吾會求求奇奇。朱古力火山面頭有cream 加朱古力脆脆，甚有咬口。檸檬柳橙蘇打的味道有點像葡萄適，底層有一粒粒的橙和檸檬皮和果肉，味道清新。整體來說，呢間茶木每次都冇令我失望，會再光顧！
